The world has experienced a turning point. After the first round of American-Russian negotiations that took place in Saudi Arabia, the system of international relations changed radically, and the world entered a new stage of development.

Analysing the results of the first round of US-Russian negotiations, the following conclusions need to be made:

  1. Donald Trump and his team continue to act, prioritizing the resolution of US domestic problems, including the fastest possible entry into a new technological level of economic development, the creation of a new financial system, and securing America’s role as a world leader.  
  2. Based on his strategic goals, Trump has taken the initiative and the role of leader in the process of forming a new world order. Trump and his team see China and Russia as America’s main competitors for global leadership.

Trump’s Ultimatum to Europe and Russia

Since his inauguration, Donald Trump has been actively influencing world events not only through his actions and statements, but also through his silence. Even before his first conversation as US President with European leaders and Putin, Trump confronted the Kremlin and European leaders with a choice that requires a change of political elites and overturns existing politics and party systems. By keeping his silence, Trump has determined Zelensky’s fate and launched divisions and active struggle for power in Ukraine.

And most important, Trump’s statements and the reaction from analysts and political elites in Russia and most European countries, including traditional US allies such as Great Britain, France and Germany, have shown the chasm of misunderstanding that separates the US president’s team and most politicians in other countries, both his allies and rivals.

Will Trump be able to fulfil his plans?

The world of politics and business is now divided between those who hope that Donald Trump will fulfil his promises and those who think that Trump will fail. And the number of pessimists among politicians and businessmen is decreasing every day.

However, it should be noted that among those who support Trump, most see what is happening superficially, without realizing how profound are the changes in the world that Trump’s team is bringing.

Moreover, there is another important question that no one at this point have a clear answer:

Do Donald Trump and his closest associates understand the causes and depth of the problems they will have to solve, the complexity of the reforms they will face? Without understanding the sources of the problems, the reasons, it is difficult to find the right and effective way to solve problems, and it is possible to lead a country, even a superpower, into an unexpected abyss.

Trump’s America in the New World Order

Part 1

The return of Donald Trump to the White House with a fundamentally new team, has become an event comparable in scale and depth of consequences to Mikhail Gorbachev’s rise to power in the USSR exactly 40 years ago. Although these two events are fundamentally different in many ways, just as the USSR and the USA, which opposed each other, were different in their socio-economic and state systems, there is nevertheless much that unites these two events.

The possible consequences of Trump’s return to power for the United States and the world are underestimated by both Trump’s opponents and his supporters. Perhaps Trump himself does not understand the extent of his influence, the full depth of changes in the world that he is bringing and, with a high probability, will bring both to the United States and to the system of relations in the world.

West – BRICS and the New Magna Carta

Over the past three years, fundamental changes have occurred in the balance of power and the system of interaction between states and unions on the world stage. The new world order has not yet been formed, but the old world order is already in the past.

China and Russia began to talk about a new world order four years ago, and first, their initiative was ignored and then rejected by the United States and its allies. Now everyone, including Washington, has acknowledged that the old order is gone.

The world is currently in the transitional stage, and basic principles and laws of the new world order are being actively developed. This process was initiated by Russia and China, and they were quickly supported by India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Iran and almost thirty other countries.

These countries formed BRICS+ that started actively developing new rules and laws, but without participation of the West, BRICS+ can only create some elements and parts of the future system of world relations.
