The West and BRICS as military blocs

Despite the tension caused by Vladimir Putin’s recent ultimatum, most politicians in the West remained relatively calm, although many understood that the rejected ultimatum has to be followed by some action that would radically change the situation in confrontation between the West and Russia.

One of the main reasons for that tranquility of Western leaders was their confidence that Moscow, Beijing and their main allies had not yet created military alliance that could become the main threat to the dominance of the United States and NATO.

The second factor that maintained the calm of the West was the belief that the BRICS association that was actively expanding and gaining strength, was also unable to transform into military-political alliance directed against the West.

Vladimir Putin’s visit to North Korea and signing of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between the two states started changing that opinion.

Запад и БРИКС как военные-политические союзы

Несмотря на напряжение, вызванное новым ультиматумом Владимира Путина, большинство политиков на Западе сохраняло относительное спокойствие, хотя многие понимали, что за отвергнутым ультиматумом должно последовать действие, которое радикально изменит ситуацию в противостоянии Запада и России.

Одной из главных причин относительного спокойствия западных лидеров состоит в их уверенности в том, что Москва, Пекин и главные их союзники до сих пор не создали военного союза. Именно такой союз станет главной угрозой доминированию США и НАТО в мире.

Вторым фактором, поддерживавшим спокойствие Запада, была вера в то, что объединение БРИКС, активно расширяющееся и набирающее силу, также неспособно трансформироваться в военно-политический союз, направленный против Запада.

Все изменилось после визита Владимира Путина в Северную Корею и подписания Договор о всеобъемлющем стратегическом партнёрстве между двумя государствами. Этот договор ознаменовал создание военно-политического союза между Россией и Северной Кореей.

Более того, этот договор был подписан при согласии Китая, который также имеет договор о стратегическом партнерстве с Северной Кореей.

Zelensky’s last chance to stay alive

For Zelensky, the Ukrainian trap created with his most active participation, has finally slammed shut, and he has little chance of staying alive until the end of 2024.

Vladimir Putin’s statement that Zelensky has legally ceased to be the legitimate president of Ukraine does not only mean that no document signed by Zelensky from this time onwards, will be considered legal by the Kremlin, or that Putin will not negotiate with Zelensky, but also that Moscow now does not consider itself obligated to take into account security of Zelensky as legitimate head of state on whose territory Russia is conducting its special military operation.

Prior to this statement, throughout the war, wherever Zelensky appeared, including on the front positions with the most active fighting, the Russian armed forces used to stop launching artillery or airstrikes.

Ловушка «Украина», часть 3

                 Последний шанс Зеленского остаться живым

Для Зеленского ловушка, созданная из Украины при его личном активном участии, окончательно захлопнулась, и шансов остаться в живых до конца 2024 года у него осталось мало.

Заявление Владимира Путина о том, Зеленский юридически перестал быть легитимным президентом Украины, что с учетом этого Кремль будет строить политику в отношении Киева, говорит не только о том, что никакие новые документы, подписанные Зеленским, теперь не будут рассматриваться Россией как законные, или что переговоры с Зеленским Путин вести не будет, но и о том, что Москва  теперь не считает себя обязанной учитывать безопасность Зеленского как законного главы государства, на территории которого Россия проводит специальную операцию.

До этого заявления Путина, в течение всей специальной операции, где бы ни появлялся Зеленский, включая места наиболее активных боевых действий, российские вооруженные силы брали перерыв и не наносили артиллерийские и авиаудары по месту, где находился Зеленский.

Part 1

China – Russia: «Back-to-back». Why and what next?

Vladimir Putin’s visit to China and the new appointments he made in the Government and Administration of the President of the Russian Federation were actively discussed by political analysts and the world media, but almost no one connected these events or tried to analyze them as manifestations of one process. That must be done because these events are interconnected and reflect important changes taking place in the world.

So, in order to identify the “scarlet” connecting the events, let’s start with Vladimir Putin’s visit to Beijing.

China’s cooperation with the West and the “back-to-back” stand with Russia

As result of negotiations between Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin, few important agreements were reached. That includes the development in Russia of joint production of equipment that Russia is now importing and that was subject to Western sanctions; the acceleration of development of transport and energy transitions from Russia to China, as well as to other countries, including to the south to Iran, Pakistan and India; the creation and development of international financial system capable of operating independently from the existing dollar system…

And here I would like to point out that the specific details of these agreements were not disclosed.
