Когда умерла бабушка Лена, все понимали, что лишились очень любимого и важного для всех человека, но семья оставалась той же, какой была при ней. Большая семья состояла из семей родных брата и сестры: Юры и мамы. Наши семьи объединяли в одно целое дедушка Игнатий и любовь и близость между всеми нами. Мы жили единым целым, одними заботами и общими радостями.

Еще был «отросток» нашей семьи – Куликовы. Старшая сестра мамы, тетя Нина, вышла замуж на полгода раньше мамы. Ее муж Анатолий Куликов также, как мой отец, служил семь лет в армии, в Кёнигсберге, нынешнем Калининграде. И дядя Толя Куликов с моим отцом были друзьями.

Дядя Толя был удивительного здоровья и силы. Он был чемпионом Армии среди гиревиков, вторым в Вооруженных Силах СССР, уступая только одному подводнику, который бросал вверх одной рукой двухпудовую гирю 1200 раз. Дядя Толя бросал до 1000 раз.

До того, как стать печником Кремля и лично Сталина, моему деду Игнатию пришлось воевать в Первой мировой войне, получить ранение и провести несколько лет в немецком концлагере.

На его спине, ближе к позвоночнику у верхнего края лопатки, был круглый шрам, похожий на затянутую тонкой кожей впадину диаметром три-четыре сантиметра. Это было место выхода пули. Входного отверстия не было видно.

— А как это случилось? — спросил я, разглядывая рану. Дедушка сидел в ванне, а я ему тер мочалкой спину.

— Побежали в атаку, тут меня и ранило, — сказал он.

— А почему в спину? – спросил я.

— Отсюда пуля вышла. А вошла она вот сюда, — дедушка показал пальцем на грудь, чуть ниже ключицы. Раны никакой там не было. – Входное отверстие от пули маленькое и зарастает хорошо, а вот выходное большое. Пуля мясо и кожу вырывает.

— А больно было?

                                            When people need war

The Ukrainian trap slammed shut for Russia in 2014, when Vladimir Putin, using the coup in Kyiv and the split into Ukrainian and pro-Russian regions caused by the Maidan, ensured the transition of Crimea to Russia and turned the Donbass into springboard for pro-Russian forces.

From the Russian point of view, this was historic achievement for Vladimir Putin. However, the trap set for Russia has slammed shut. The Maidan in Kyiv finally turned Ukraine away from Russia, towards the West. The fate of Russia and Ukraine as opposing sides in inevitable armed conflict was determined.

There was only one path of transformation left for Ukraine, and that was the development into alternative civilization to the Russian world, into civilization based on rigid nationalism, in contrast to Russian civilization based on two basic principles: territorial-communal and social class-inclusivity that I call “the principle of the Russian doll”.

The Ukrainian Trap, part 1

Wars rarely develop, much less end, the way wars had been planned by those who started them. More often than not, the results of wars had little in common with intentions of their planners, and often the results and consequences of wars turned out to be completely opposite to intentions of war participants.

Moreover, with the growing role of civilizations in the international relations, wars become not only more unpredictable, but tun into traps for those who start them or get involved in them.

Politicians and officials start wars between states, out of state interests, but these wars quickly turn into conflicts between civilizations, and finding ways out of intercivilizational wars within the framework of interstate relations turns out to be not only extremely difficult, but sometimes impossible.

Those wars turn out to be traps for states, their political leaders and peoples.

Artificial Intelligence in the Emerging World Model

For over two years, in my articles, I has been insisting that at the moment, two interrelated processes are going in the world: the crisis of the existing political and economic system and the emergence within the old model, as if from the Russian doll, of the new world order.

The crisis has engulfed Europe, where the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, backed by the West and its allies, reached the point where peaceful resolution to the conflict is becoming impossible, and one of the sides of the conflict will have to be collapsed to allow the world to avoid nuclear catastrophe.

The second centre of the crisis was created around Taiwan in China, and that crisis can drawn in the USA and its allies, on the one side, and China, Russia and Northern Korea, on the other.

The crisis is spreading to Transcaucasia, where Turkey, Russia, Iran, and possibly France, followed by the European Union, may be drawn into the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
