Ловушка “Украина”, часть 2 Когда многим нужна война

Ловушка «Украина» захлопнулась для России в 2014 году, и произошло это, когда Владимир Путин, использовав государственный переворот в Киеве и вызванный майданом раскол в стране на украинские и пророссийские регионы, обеспечил переход Крыма в Россию и превратил Донбасс в плацдарм пророссийских сил.

С точки зрения русских, это было историческое достижение Путина. Однако, ловушка, расставленная для России, захлопнулась. Майдан в Киеве развернул окончательно Украину в сторону от России, на Запад. Судьба России и Украины как противоборствующих сторон в неизбежном вооруженном конфликте была определена.

Для Украины остался единственный путь трансформации, и это был путь развития в альтернативную для русского мира цивилизацию, в основе которой заложен жесткий национализм в отличие от русской цивилизации, в основу которой заложены два основных принципа: территориально-общинный и сословно-инклюзивный (условно названный мною принципом Русской матрёшки).

Украина как государство и цивилизация могла противостоять России, опираясь только на жесткий национализм и полную, безоговорочную поддержку Запада.

The Ukrainian Trap, part 1

Wars rarely develop, much less end, the way wars had been planned by those who started them. More often than not, the results of wars had little in common with intentions of their planners, and often the results and consequences of wars turned out to be completely opposite to intentions of war participants.

Moreover, with the growing role of civilizations in the international relations, wars become not only more unpredictable, but tun into traps for those who start them or get involved in them.

Politicians and officials start wars between states, out of state interests, but these wars quickly turn into conflicts between civilizations, and finding ways out of intercivilizational wars within the framework of interstate relations turns out to be not only extremely difficult, but sometimes impossible.

Those wars turn out to be traps for states, their political leaders and peoples.

Conflict of Civilizations in Hotel California

The world media assessed the meeting between US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping in San Francisco as cautiously optimistic, and I will not argue with this assessment. Biden and Xi managed to agree on measures to prevent uncontrollable military clash between the US and China.

However, many felt like being locked in Hotel California that they can check out any time, but can never leave…

Prisoners of their own device

In San Francisco, Biden and Xi openly demonstrated their differences in views on how international relations should develop, and both stood firm.

Xi Jinping tried to convince the American president of the need to change basic principles of relations between Washington and Beijing towards finding compromise approaches and eliminating possibility of confrontation.

Biden firmly defended the existing system of relations, insisting on the need to find and agree on mechanism that would reduce the risks of developing uncontrolled by the US confrontation in the Far East and Southeast Asia.

Крнфликт цивилизаций в Сан-Франциско

Встречу Президента США Джо Байдена и Председателя КНР Си Цзиньпина в Сан-Франциско мировые СМИ оценили сдержанно оптимистично, и я с такой оценкой спорить не буду. Байдену и Си удалось согласовать меры по предотвращению неконтролируемого военного столкновения между США и Китаем.

Однако, мне хотелось бы обратить внимание читателей на одно важное обстоятельство, которое четко проявило главное противоречие нашего времени.

                                                  Большая игра в Юго-Восточной Азии

В Сан-Франциско Байден и Си открыто демонстрировали различия в своих взглядах на то, как должны развиваться международные отношения, и оба твердо отстаивали свои позиции.

Си Цзиньпин пытался убедить американского президента в необходимости изменения основных принципов отношений между Вашингтоном и Пекином в сторону поиска компромиссных подходов и исключения возможности конфронтации.

Байден жестко отстаивал существующую систему отношений, настаивая на необходимости договориться о механизме, который позволит снизить риски развития неконтролируемой США конфронтации на Дальнем Востоке и Юго-Восточной Азии.

Lessons from Impossible Wars. Israel and Palestine

                                 Inter-civilizational fire in the Middle East

The war in Israel and Palestine has two unique features that distinguish it from previous and current wars, including the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and these features are:

  1. From the point of view of the interests of the States involved directly and indirectly in the conflict, in 2023, this war between Israel and Palestine should not have happened.
  2. If we consider this war from the point of viewofrelations betweenJewish and Arab civilizations, the war was inevitable.

Let’s look at the first notion…

                                                    From peace to inevitability of war

Until October 7, 2023, before the Hamas attack on Israel, all actions of the states involved directly or indirectly in the conflict, were aimed at reducing tensions and resolving interstate contradictions and problems in the Middle East.
